Terms and Conditions of Use

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Passion Cosmetics online shop ("Shop") and your purchase and use of any products or services made available through the Shop. 4. Payment and Refund Policies

4.1 Payment for products purchased through the Shop must be made through the designated payment methods provided on the Shop. Taxes and shipping costs, if applicable, will be added to the total price.

4.2 All sales are final and non-refundable, except as provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship your order in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

5.2 Risk of loss and title for products purchased from the Shop pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

6.1 Passion Cosmetics is not responsible for any damages caused by the use of, or inability to use, the products or services purchased through the Shop, or any damages resulting from your reliance on any information provided on the Shop.

6.2 In no event shall Passion Cosmetics, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Shop.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith between the parties.

7.2 If the parties are unable to resolve a dispute within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of Ghana Arbitration Association, and the arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

8. Termination

8.1 Passion Cosmetics reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Shop or your account at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason.

9. Other Terms

9.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Passion Cosmetics regarding your use of the Shop, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, proposals, communications, or understandings.

9.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9.3 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
